

Her body flinched at the sudden jolt, a sharp, unforgiving pain radiating through her spine. Shards of glass were embedded deep in her forehead and scalp, the blood trickling down in uneven streams. Her head leaned heavily against the deployed airbag, which had partially cushioned the blow, but not enough to keep the dizziness at bay.
